Italy's live entertainment industry reached a new milestone in 2025, confirming that audiences continue to embrace in-person cultural experiences despite the dominance of digital streaming platforms.
According to the latest SIAE Report, the country's entertainment, cultural, and sports sectors generated €4.3 billion in consumer spending during the year, a 7% increase over 2024, while the total number of events and spectators remained broadly stable. The figures suggest that Italians are increasingly willing to spend more on high-quality live experiences rather than simply attending a greater number of events.
