Menlo Hub is pleased to welcome Kathleen Policy to its mentoring team, joining We The Italians Ambassador Charles Marsala and Eve Murto in helping Italian and Italian-American companies navigate the opportunities and challenges of expanding into the United States via Menlo Hub located in Silicon Valley.
Kathleen brings more than 20 years of experience advising startups and entrepreneurs, combining legal expertise, operational leadership, and firsthand entrepreneurial experience. She is the founder of Patto, a youth sports management platform with an innovative character-development layer designed to help young people grow both on and off the field.
A startup attorney and entrepreneur, Kathleen was also a co-founder of NestGSV, the innovation center that has evolved into OneValley, where she worked alongside entrepreneurs and innovators building the next generation of companies.
Kathleen’s connection to Italy is personal as well as professional. Her Italian heritage traces to the Abruzzo region, giving her a natural connection to the Italian entrepreneurial community and a particular appreciation for the relationships that connect Italy and the United States.
Kathleen recently joined Charles at the ITAL dinner celebrating and promoting Italian entrepreneurship, reflecting the spirit of collaboration that is central to Menlo Hub’s mission.
