In 2025, Italy’s institutional real estate market strengthened after a period of subdued activity and closed the year with about €11.6 billion in investment volume, up roughly 12 % from 2024. This marked a clear resurgence of investor interest following more than a year of adjustment in pricing and financing conditions, suggesting a structural recovery rather than just a short-term bounce back.
The figures were compiled by the research team at BNP Paribas Real Estate, which highlights improved market confidence as a key theme.
