Good news for the Italian boat industry, which saw a 7.5% increase in turnover for the first four months of 2015, as well as for Italy's manufacturing economy, which shows better numbers than one might think, after years of a stifling economic crisis.
The boat industry figures were published by the Italian marine industry association, Ucina, which was coupled with a study on Italian competitiveness developed by the Symbola and Edison foundations. Edison vicepresident, Marco Fortis, presented the results of the study.
