Italy is emerging as an increasingly attractive destination for international students, with enrollment numbers climbing steadily over the past several years. Growth in foreign student intake has averaged close to 10% annually, placing Italy among the faster-expanding study markets in Europe.
Universities have expanded English-language degree offerings and strengthened international partnerships, helping push the total number of foreign students to roughly 110,000 – an increase of about 14% compared with recent years.
