The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced this week that newly appointed federal immigration judges will serve in courts across the nation, including Cleveland, Ohio, where Judge Anthony Hurst, a standout member of ISDA, will preside.
EOIR Director Daren K. Margolin delivered remarks, and Chief Immigration Judge Teresa L. Riley administered the oath during a ceremony held at the Department of Justice’s Great Hall in Washington, D.C. on April 8. Hurst will begin hearing Cleveland Immigration Court cases this month.
