illycaffè has signed a multi-year strategic production agreement with Westrock Coffee Company, a US-based company operating in the beverage sector and specialising in coffee, tea and ready-to-drink products, with a view to developing and packaging a number of products for the North American market.
“The United States is a priority market for us, where we have achieved double-digit growth over the last four years. The launch of our partnership with Westrock marks a key milestone in our growth plan: it will help to strengthen our operations in North America, support the development of new products tailored to the local market and further improve our service levels in this strategic region,” commented Cristina Scocchia, Chief Executive Officer of illycaffè.
