ILLVA SARONNO HOLDING S.p.A. announces the imminent founding of its own import company in the US, under the name ILLVA SARONNO USA CORPORATION.
The company will be headquartered in New Jersey and be the reference point for the sales and marketing of DISARONNO in the U.S. as of January 1, 2014, following the natural expiration of the contractual relationship with current importer Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. on December 31, 2013.
