Il Pastaio is on track to close 2025 with solid momentum, reaffirming its leadership position in Italy’s fresh pasta and gnocchi market. The group—founded in Brescia in 1983 and now one of the major players in the mass market retail—expects to generate around €95 million in revenue next year, supported by a strategy that combines innovation, increased manufacturing capacity, and growing international reach.
The centrepiece of the company’s current growth plan is the launch of its first production facility in the United States. The plant, now in the final stages of construction in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, sits within the Great Stream Commons Business Park and will begin operations in the first weeks of 2026.
