The American Cinematheque’s ‘This Is Not a Fiction’ festival returns for its third annual edition over April 15-23. Today’s initial announcement includes an 8-film in-person retrospective with the trailblazing Gianfranco Rosi and in-person tributes to filmmakers Caveh Zahedi and Ross McElwee.
