A familiar and prominent building in Middletown is for sale for a cool $1.5 million. It is listed on the market by the online real estate portal Zillow. Once home to the Italian American Club, the building "carries a unique history and is now ready for a new vision," the listing says.
The circa 1936 structure measures 12,288 square feet and has received zoning approval for conversion from a community and event space to 18 residential units.
