An Ohio restaurant with ties to Chef Boyardee is set to open in Cleveland with a menu prepared by one of the city’s most popular chefs. Restaurateur and consulting chef Douglas Katz has been tapped to head the menu at Ettore, a new eatery coming to downtown Cleveland in early 2028, Crain’s Cleveland and Cleveland.com reported.
The $120 million Project Scarlet development will be located at E. Ninth Street and Prospect Avenue as the historic Rose and Sloan buildings undergo major renovations that will also include a hotel and luxury apartments.
