Retired Lackawanna County Senior Judge Thomas J. Munley and WBRE 28/WYOU 22 will present segments on “Veterans Views” in honor of the late Capt. James R. Minicozzi and the upcoming 14th annual Memorial Race, presented through the UNICO Scranton Chapter, which takes place on Saturday, Sept. 5, at 10 a.m. in downtown Scranton during La Festa Italiana.
