Hoboken's traditional Madonna dei Martiri Italian Festival will have several special treats when it returns for its 100th year next week, including a surprise from TV's "Cake Boss." The festival returns next Thursday through Sunday with live music, games, contests, food, and various vendors.
The highlight is "Feast Day," when organizers carry the 800lb statue of the Madonna Dei Martiri, or Madonna of the Martyrs, through the streets. Instead of fireworks this year, a drone show will debut over the waterfront on Saturday.
