Burlington’s Una Passeggiata event has returned, offering residents and visitors a weekly opportunity to stroll through downtown. The event, which runs 5-8 p.m. each Wednesday through Sept. 23, encourages participants to walk, shop and socialize, according to a community announcement.
Inspired by an Italian tradition of gathering in a central square, Burlington’s started in 2025. The event has no set start time, registration or agenda. Many businesses offer Wednesday evening specials exclusively for Una Passeggiata participants, and some will stay open late to accommodate strollers.
