Happy birthday, Alan Alda! The M*A*S*H star celebrated his 90th birthday on Jan. 28, marking the occasion with an intimate dinner with family and friends. Grandson and filmmaker Jake Alda Coffey shared some glimpses from the special night in a pair of posts to X.
"Happy 90th birthday to my grandpa!! He’s my biggest role model," he shared, along with a photo of the smiling actor out to dinner. In a second post, Jake showed Alan enjoying dessert at the restaurant and birthday cake at home. Alongside the photos, he wrote, "My grandpa is really touched by all the love he’s gotten today."
