General (Ret.) Carmine De Pascale previously served as Commander of the Garibaldi Bersaglieri Brigade, Defense Attaché to Italy’s Permanent Representation to the European Union, Commander of the Italian Contingent in Nasiriyah, Iraq, Chief of Coalition Operations at Multinational Force - Iraq Headquarters, and Commander of Italy’s 2nd Defense Forces Command. His U.S. decorations include the Bronze Star Medal and the Legion of Merit.
