Video games in Italy have a turnover of 2.4 billion euros. This is what emerges from the latest annual report on gaming in Italy. These are very significant and important numbers, providing positive signals about the gaming sector's performance in Italy, not only regarding hardware and software.
Indeed, the number of national video game companies is rising, with 200 more businesses compared to two years ago (+25%), and the number of employees is growing too, reaching 2,800 (+17%), as well as the revenue of Italian companies, which is close to a +36% increase.
