The largest Christmas Tree in the world is in Italy

Gubbio is a beautiful small medieval town, located in the region of Umbria, in the centre of Italy. Gubbio is usually known for being the place in which San Francis encountered and tamed the famous wolf.

Taking advantage of the proximity of Mount Ingino, a mountain which is about 900 meters high, since 1981, a group of volunteers from Gubbio foresee to the preparation of what is now known has the "Largest Christmas Tree of the World".
