This coming fall, FS Treni Turistici Italiani—the division of Italy’s State Railways focused on leisure travel—will launch a series of new rail journeys departing from Rome and heading toward Umbria, Tuscany, and Piedmont.
These routes are crafted for travelers looking to enjoy a slower pace, eco-conscious travel, and a cozy ride aboard fully updated trains. Along the way, passengers can take in scenic landscapes and arrive at places rich in heritage, local traditions, and food and wine culture. Tickets are already available for purchase.
