The "Create Value, Invest with Us" section is now online on the Agency of State Property’s website, dedicated to private investors, both national and international. It contains information on properties owned by the Italian State that are available for enhancement, recovery, and repurposing operations.
This is a digital platform featuring an initial selection of about 400 properties spread across the entire country. These properties are represented on a cartographic platform and described according to their possible uses (cultural-touristic, social/senior housing, university residences, and mixed-use destinations).
