Russo's Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen, an Italian restaurant chain on the Mainland, planned to open its first Hawaii store for dinner Monday evening at the Safeway-anchored Laulani Village Shopping Center in Ewa Beach on Oahu.
Robert Carlisle is owner and operator of the Ewa Beach restaurant, which Russo's said will act as a flagship store for future island locations.
