The fifth annual Italy in the Valley will be held Aug. 25 at Cana's Feast Winery in Carlton.
From 1 to 5 p.m., guests can sip varietals of Italy produced by local winemakers.
There will be olive oil tasting from the Oregon Olive Mill at Red Ridge Farms, salumi from Fino in Fondo and gelato and sorbetto from Gelato Maestro, and coffee from Caffé Umbria.
