Tuesday September 4, 2018, 7:00 pm. PDT at New Seasons Market At Nyberg Rivers - 7703 SW Nyberg St, Tualatin 97062, OR. New Seasons will be hosting a tasting, featuring their Italian wines and cheeses. Their experts will be sharing their knowledge of these great foods and wine, and we get to try them first. David Zyla, CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine), Society of Wine Educators will be representing New Seasons in his presentation of Italian Wines and cheese.
With over twenty years of experience as a retail wine buyer in California and Oregon, specializing in fine wines from around the world, he has a great enthusiasm for teaching and sharing his knowledge and passion for the food, wines, and culture of Italy. In his travels abroad to Italy, and love for trying to replicate the flavors of Italy in his own home kitchen, he has never ceased to marvel at the value, variety, and quality these wines afford.
As many of his New Seasons customers can attest, when asked for wine recommendations, his natural first inclination is often Italy with its vast and varied array of food-friendly choices. New Seasons will be hosting this tasting, featuring their Italian wines and cheeses and we get to try them first-hand. Who doesn’t want to be in on that?
