The Italian-inspired restaurant EVO, known for its location in Old Town Scottsdale, recently expanded to offer its classic cuisine in North Scottsdale.  “I’m very excited. (This is) something I’ve been wanting to do for a while and am very happy to be part of the community there,” says Nick Neuman, owner and partner of EVO. “So far, the feedback has been very good.” 

The new EVO moved into the old location for the restaurant Santé, which is another establishment that Neuman was a part of before it closed. “Old Town EVO has been there for 10 years, and the entire time we (had) guests that came from the North Scottsdale area recommending that we open up in that area,” Neuman says. “When we decided to close (Santé) down, it made sense for me to put an EVO there.”
