The Italian Cultural & Community Center of Houston is launching this January a new series of educational cooking demonstration and dinner aimed to promote and to guide the public through the history, the tradition and the flavors of the Italian-American Cuisine.
The first event of this new and exciting series will be held on January 20th at 7:00 p.m., and will be led by the Executive Chef Carmelo Mauro, owner of Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano. During the evening we will explore the gastronomic treasures of Carmelo's native Italian Region: Sicily.
