One man who claims to be living out the axiom of the American dream first opened doors to Bravo's Italian Bistro three weeks ago at 2529 W. Central Ave. in El Dorado.One way to preview Butler County's newest Italian eatery would be to write of a replacement for the El Dorado Chophouse and the Red Coach In Restaurant, which it is.

An alternative would be to wax about yet another local restaurant which promises to be the next big thing in El Dorado dining. Still another way to give eaters incentive to stop in would be to tell of the new full bar which is going to be installed inside Bravo's, featuring a global assemblage of wines, from Australia to Italy, France and the U.S, which it will.
