Another pizzeria opens Tuesday at the Metropolitan Shopping Center in midtown Charlotte. Pizzeria Omaggio takes the place of Revolution Pizza between Which Wich and Zoe's Kitchen. Before it was Revolution, that space was home to another pizzeria called Pizza Fusion.
According to its website, Pizzeria Omaggio is an "authentic Italian pizzeria with some Italian/American classics." In addition to pizza, the restaurant's menu includes an array of salads, paninis, appetizers and soups.
