A family-style Italian restaurant is in the works for uptown Charlotte. Demolition on that roughly 8,000-square-foot space started Monday in the 300 block of North College Street, says Tim Dolan.
The restaurant will be located in the former Cosmos site, which closed earlier this year. He and Jason Astephen are behind 300 Bar Group, which is developing that concept.
