Having been in business along the East Naples Corridor for only five years, Baci Pizza & Ristorante has held steady with its growing clientele. Sit in for lunch and hear “Welcome to Baci’s” hollered as proprietor Francesco “Frank” Garofalo greets guests. The cozy venue where Beach Deli used to be is now the hidden gem of pizzerias south of New York City.
Garofalo has been whipping up pizzas ever since he was a kid living in Brooklyn, New York. Originally from Naples, Italy, it is safe to say that when it comes to Italian cuisine, he knows his craft. Garofalo is known to put his own spin on traditional plates. He had his start in the kitchen at Romano’s Pizzeria Restaurant and began working on his own at just 19 years old.
