Since its opening in the fall, Saint Theo’s has quickly become a West Village hotspot. And it comes as no surprise—it’s run by the same owner of American Bar, Kyle Hotchkiss Carone, (and marks the launch of his own hospitality group, Grand Tour Hospitality), featuring a similar nostalgic, antique-but-not-stuffy vibe.
Saint Theo’s, in particular, radiates Venetian influences, inspired by Carone’s own encounters in the Italian city (and even named after Venice’s original saint). And its cuisine—curated by Carolina Santos-Neves (Grand Tour’s culinary director) and executive chef Ashley Rath—is not your run-of-the-mill Italian food.
