A restaurant chain from Italy self-described as an “Italian food zone” opened its first American location earlier this spring in New York. Nerolab debuted in the Trump Building in the Financial District at 40 Wall Street, between Nassau and William streets, in early April.
The 350-seat space serves a Roman food menu, with pastries, breads, pastas, sorrisi (stuffed breads), Roman-style pizza, burgers (because, sure), and more. For drinks, there’s coffee, beers, and wines. The restaurant is meant to work for meals and daytime coworking (there’s Wi-Fi). This is the first Nerolab location in America.
