Rockwell Group has completed its design for Carlotto, the second New York restaurant from Canada-based Toptable Group. Located next door to sister eatery Oceans, the new Italian concept pays homage to the matriarch of the owner’s family and their enduring roots.
“Rockwell Group was inspired by classic Italian dining experiences and the existing space, which feels like a found Roman osteria with a contemporary twist,” says Rockwell Group partner Shawn Sullivan. “We wanted guests to feel like they discovered a hidden Italian restaurant.”
