It’s the most wonderful time of the year—and the sweetest! It’s a time to sip cioccolata calda, gather around the tree eating Christmas cookies, and bake all of the treats that you can think of!
If you grew up in an Italian household, it also consists of baking struffoli with Nonna and getting visits from family and friends all throughout the Christmas season. Usually the visits are accompanied by a box of pastries from a neighborhood bakery that are enjoyed while the cafeteria is brewing some espresso on the stovetop.
