What for Serious culinary aspirations in a loud after-work setting. That oddly capitalized and punctuated name is an abbreviation of "o'mast," a bit of Neapolitan dialect that refers to the master of a craft. (As for "drinkery," it's what a really drunk person calls a bar when he or she can't remember the word.)
There is an impressive wood-fired pizza oven, currently tended by pizzaiolo Salvatore de Rosa, who comes from Naples. Chef Celio Pereira previously worked at Mamma Maria.
