More than 20 celebrity chefs and winemakers will be showcased when the 14th annual Sun Wine & Food Fest comes to Mohegan Sun, but only one of those renowned professionals, Mario Batali, is inviting you to join him for brunch on Sunday, Jan. 29, in the Uncas Ballroom.
“Brunch with Batali” features sweet and savory dishes from his most recent book, “Big American Cookbook” (Grand Central Life & Style, 2016). Since he focused it on eight regions of the country, guests will get a delicious culinary tour around the United States, from Southwest classics like Huevos Rancheros and Cinnamon Rolls, to Swedish Pancakes with Traverse City Tart Cherry Preserves.
