Italy's regional richness and diversity continues to be showcased in our series "Taste the Regions". Each time, native experts introduce us to a different Italian region presenting its history, geography and culinary traditions in an informal and fun format.
For the third appointment of our series, we will discover Piemonte, a region in northwest Italy, where the nation was "born".
