Stella’s Cucina, an authentic Italian restaurant owned by restauranteur Stella Spanu, is set to open in early 2023 in Boulder, Colorado, challenging traditional concepts around fine dining by incorporating a modern design setting paired with a dynamic music program. Awarding-winning Head Chef Filippo Piccini brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and creativity to the table.
Born and raised in a small seaside village in Tuscany, Saturnia, home to great food and one of the most notorious wine regions, Chef Filippo was introduced to the culinary world at a very young age and has owned and managed some of the best restaurants across Italy.
