A new restaurant called Ziti's Italian American plans to open in West Fargo sometime in June. That's according to Gabby Metzger and Pat Lipsiea, who are in the process of setting up Ziti's at 3150 Sheyenne St., Suite 170, in The Lights development on Sheyenne Street. The space was formerly home to Tati's Mediterranean Saveur.

Ziti's will offer lunch, dinner, catering, a full bar, homemade desserts and more, according to Metzger and Lipsiea, who are partners in life as well as in business. As they navigate the necessary licensing and other paperwork that comes with opening a restaurant, Lipsiea said it's been a bit tough to nail down a firm opening date.
