The new weekly series AUTENTICO aims to showcase classic Italian cuisine from native Italians who live in St Louis. Authentic Italian food is simple, healthy, seasonal, and where luxury ingredients are used in moderation.
Italian food is hyper-diverse within each region and the series' goal is to highlight each region's unique flavor and tastes. Each week a new episode is published on the YouTube Channel of the St Louis Italian Community.
