An Italian restaurant with close to three decades of history in Hampton Roads will be the owner and anchor at a new Virginia Beach office building at the long-planned location of a biosciences park.
Ynot Italian’s corporate headquarters will occupy part of the planned 45,000-square-foot office building on Princess Anne Road. Ynot bought 6 acres of land from the Virginia Beach Economic Development Authority for the project.
