
Rosolini is set to open at The Promenade at City Place in Edgewater, with a grand opening scheduled for Wednesday, May 28th. The restaurant will be led by Chef Marino Rosato, an Italy-trained chef whose 35-year culinary career spans fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and major events across the U.S. and Europe.
His resume includes work at venues such as Max Amore in Connecticut, L’Opera in California, and Palazzo Della Fonte in Italy. He’s also cooked for high-profile figures including President Bill Clinton and King Hussein of Jordan.
