Adapting to survive. That’s what many restaurants are doing these days. And Pasta e Pani by Salvatore is one of them. They are hosting a pop-up market in front of their place on Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon, starting tomorrow and going through May 30.
A table will be loaded with items like homemade mozzarella, meatballs, fresh pasta, Italian country bread, eggplant rotellini and homemade lasagna, as well as 32-ounce containers of vodka, bolognese, pomodoro and puttanesca sauces.
