Riverview opened with fine dining in an upscale setting until its owners could discover what customers in this Burlington City locale preferred and then select the perfect head chef to direct a possible cuisine adjustment. The cuisine experiment is over.
Now in its third year, the waterfront restaurant has undergone a transformation to more rustic food with an Italian flair that includes homemade pasta, sauces, pizza and desserts on new take-out and patio dining menus created with input from new executive chef Carlo Finazzo, who came from Fork in Philadelphia.
