When Vincenzo Severino sold Avanti in Pennington in 2014 he wasn't finished with the restaurant business.
"I wasn't done. I just needed a break after 21 years straight," he said.
That break lasted a year, until a friend told him about an opening in the Big Oak Shopping Center across the Delaware River in Morrisville, Pa. He and his wife Kathleen McNulty took over the spot and seven months ago opened Saluté Ristorante.
