Jordan Dobbin, a senior at Canon-McMillan High School of Canonsburg, Pa. was awarded a $500 Corona D'Italia Memorial Scholarship in honor of her academic achievement and community involvement.
Her eligibility was based on her grandfather, Herman D'Amico being a member of the Sons of Italy #608. She plans to attend California University of Pennsylvania to study Social Deviance. Her parents are Thomas and Amy (D'Amico) Dobbin of Cannonsburg and her grandparents are Herman and Jane D'Amico of Ellwood City.
