Anche se il carnevale (quest’anno virtuale) in Italia è finito il 16 febbraio, la data non poteva essere ignorata dall’Accademia Italiana della Cucina di New York.
La delegazione di New York – racconta Dom Serafini – si è quindi collegata al carnevale ambrosiano, terminato il 20 febbraio, e ha fissato per quella data la “Cena in Maschera”, seconda cena in formato virtuale, cioè in collegamento tra gli ospiti via Zoom, che si sono rivelati molto divertenti.
