Rebuilding. My days in New York (1959-2018) by Martino Marangoni is a collection of photos by the author, memories of his frequent stays in New York, throughout his life. At the book presentation participate, also, Maria Antonella Pelizzari and Bill Hunt. Martino Marangoni was born in Florence in 1950, where he currently resides, the son of an Italian father and American mother.
Having completed his lower education in Florence he moved to New York in 1972 where he attended Pratt Institute until 1975, studying photography. On his return to Italy he taught photography at the 'Studio Arts Center International' to students studying at American Universities. Visiting the USA and especially New York every year he has maintained his close ties with America and in 1988 was visiting professor at the Cooper Union.
