There are hundreds of small made-in-Michigan food companies selling products across the state, and it is not easy to try them all. The company Mitten Crate is hoping to help with that by delivering some of those products to your door.
At a bakery in Grand Rapids, Josie Lomonoco takes 2000 cookies out of her oven.
"We are looking at Sicilian Italian cookies; it is my grandma's recipe from Sicily," explains Lomonoco. Her cookies are sold in stores around Michigan, but now her product is getting a new audience, too, thanks to the people at Mitten Crate.
