It's San Francisco Design Week and today Italy continues its design dance in the limelight with the opening of an exhibition of the great Vico Magistretti's work at the Italian Cultural Institute (814 Montgomery Street) at 6:30PM.
The exhibition, made possible by the Fondazione Studio Museo Vico Magistretti in Milan, features pieces directly from Magistretti's studio that include 30,000 sketches and technical drawings, 7,000 photographs, 3,000 documents and a large collection of prototype models that bring to life Magistretti's long career of innovative design.
